1. BZL : Speed control valve

1.1 Speed control valve (with air venting function)

BZL is the G thread specific speed control valvewhere direct mounting is allowed for the piping method: type C.
It is best used in the circuit where the flow governing valve cannot bemounted,
or the synchronized and individual adjustment is necessary.
Moreover, air is vented at the equipment end, upgrading the stability ofthe hydraulic system.
*1. It can only be installed on Piping type C.

Remarks
(1) The minimum passage area when the controllingside is fully opened is the same as
the maximum passagearea shown in the table above

Notes
(1) Use the recommended torque for mounting the body.
As the end face ofthe speed control valve is of metallic seal structure,
flow adjustment may not berealized if the mounting torque is insufficient.

(2) The used BZL should not be re-mounted on other clamp.
With variation of G thread bottom depth of the clamp, themetal seal may become incomplete and the flow adjustment may not be realized.

1.3 Dimensions

Notes
(1) As the area is the sealing part, pay attention not todamage it.
(2) As the area is the metal sealing part at the BZLside, pay attention not to damage it
(Notes for deburring)
(3) Pay attention to have no cutting powder and burringat the tolerance part of the processing hole.
(4) As shown in the drawing,
P1 port is used as thehydraulic supply side and P2 port as the clamping side.
(5) If the market available plug and connector with Gthread specs are considered to be mounted,
“*2” in the specification list is 12.5mm.
(6) It is dangerous to have air venting operation underhigh pressure.
It must be done under lower pressure.

2. BZA : Speed Control Valve

2.1 Speed Control Valve (Air 빼기 기능부착)

2008 년 Catalogue 에는 있으나 2009 년 없어짐.

주의 사항
(1) 필히 체결토크를 준수하세요
체결 토크가 부족하면 Speed Control Valve 전단면 ① 에 접촉되지 않아유량조절이 불가능 한 경우가 발생한다.
(2) BZA Valve 를 다른 부품에 교체 취부하지 마십시오.
Valve 의 체결 깊이 F 에 편차가 발생되어 유량조절이 불가능한 경우가 발생된다.

3. BZX : Air venting valve

3.1 Air venting valve

BZX is the G thread specific air venting valve where direct mounting is allowed for
the piping method: C type.
As it is specially for air venting, it is easy to vent the air within the hydraulic circuit.

1. Do not over loosen the plug during air venting.
(Do not loosen for more than 2 turns from the fullyclosed status.)
2. It is dangerous to have air venting operation under highpressure.
It must be done under lower pressure.

4. JZG : G thread Plug

4.1 G thread Plug (with air venting function): JZG

>JZG is the plug with air venting function which consists of the G thread plug and special packing.
Moreover, air is vented at the equipment end like BZL, upgrading the stability of the hydraulic system.
